How to Sharpen a Knife

		Clean smooth surface
		Place sharpener on surface
		Press lever down
		Start at base of handle
		Gently draw knife back
		ATTENTION! Use LIGHT PRESSURE only Draw knife backwards only Do not push forwards

The AnySharp knife sharpener is well suited for straight blades knives and wide toothed serrated blades.

For very fine toothed serrated knives, please consult the manufacturer.

DO NOT APPLY TOO MUCH PRESSURE WHEN SHARPENING KNIFE. ONLY GENTLE STROKES ARE REQUIRED
